Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning memorable travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, be knowledgeable about travel destinations, and be able to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international holiday itineraries.
- Provide accurate quotations and explain package inclusions and exclusions.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Booking & Reservations
- Book flight tickets, hotels, transfers, cruises, and sightseeing tours.
- Coordinate visa documentation and travel insurance.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed before departure.
- Maintain accurate booking records.
Customer Relationship
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Provide pre-departure travel guidance.
- Assist customers with travel-related issues before and during their journey.
- Collect customer feedback after the trip.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews.
Administration
- Update CRM with customer details and follow-up status.
- Prepare invoices and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English, Malayalam, Hindi is an advantage)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations
- Ability to prepare travel itineraries
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Diploma or Certification in Travel & Tourism (Preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

- Monday to Saturday
