Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define KPIs, performance metrics, and goals for campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and run campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, display, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage paid advertising across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Content & SEO:
- Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social media.
- Optimize website and content for SEO and improve organic reach.
Email & CRM:
Manage lead nurturing campaigns and customer journeys using marketing automation tools(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, GetResponse).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other BI tools.
- Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
Collaboration:
- Work with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or eCommerce marketing (if industry-specific).
