Key Responsibilities
Estimation & Costing
* Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates and quotations for signage, LED displays and interior fit-out projects.
* Review RFQs, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
* Calculate material, fabrication, installation, manpower, transportation and other project costs.
* Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates.
* Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Coordinate with sales, procurement, technical and project teams.
* Support tender submissions and commercial proposals.
* Maintain estimation sheets, supplier pricing and project cost databases.
Design & Drawings
* Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings and installation drawings for signage and fit-out works.
* Develop layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
* Prepare signage layouts including external signage, internal signage, wayfinding, illuminated signage and LED displays.
* Prepare interior fit-out drawings including partitions, ceilings, wall finishes, counters, displays and other architectural elements.
* Coordinate drawings with site conditions and project requirements.
* Revise drawings based on client/consultant comments.
* Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure drawings are practical and accurate.
* Prepare as-built drawings when required.
Software Skills
Experience with:
* AutoCAD – Essential
* SketchUp / 3D modelling – Advantage
* Revit – Advantage
* Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop – Advantage
* MS Excel – Essential
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in estimation, signage, interior fit-out, architectural drafting or related fields.
* Strong experience in signage estimation and drawings.
* Experience with interior fit-out estimation and design is highly preferred.
* Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and technical specifications.
* Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods and installation requirements.
* Good understanding of signage materials such as ACP, acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, LED modules, flex, vinyl, etc.
* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction methods.
* Good English communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience with Saudi/GCC projects is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who can understand a project from the RFQ stage, prepare the design/drawings, develop the BOQ, calculate the complete project cost and support the team until quotation submission.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
