Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and chat support
- Resolve customer concerns related to ZEE5 services and subscriptions
- Provide accurate information regarding plans, login issues, streaming support, and account-related queries
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions
- Follow company process guidelines and quality standards
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good typing speed and multitasking ability
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates should be flexible for rotational shifts and rotational offs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
