Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Coordinate between service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Lead and train service staff on menu knowledge and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and brand standards.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused.
- POS knowledge preferred.
