Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for one of our leading captive company in Chennai. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver quality talent across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to offer closure
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for workforce planning
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors
- Screen, interview coordinate, and manage offers & joinings
- Maintain hiring trackers, SLAs, and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- 4+ years of end-to-end TA experience
- Exposure to GCC / IT / Corporate hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
