Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling (walk-ins, calls, and online bookings)
- Handle patient registration, billing, and payments
- Assist with inventory and supplies as needed
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with patients
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (clinic/hospital experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle patient queries efficiently
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
