About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our Vanagaram office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and a strong sense of ownership over day-to-day accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Record incoming payments against client invoices and maintain accurate receivable ledgers in Zoho Books
Process vendor bills, schedule payments, and keep accounts payable records up to date
Coordinate with the operations team daily to record and clear operational expenses on time
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain clean, up-to-date books with accurate journal entries and ledger postings
Pull and share relevant financial reports from Zoho Books with the management team as required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
