Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained. This role includes supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, coordinating meal preparation, and supporting efficient service delivery to meet customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
- Monitor food inventory, control waste, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Assist in menu planning, portion control, and recipe standardization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor kitchen employees on procedures, cooking techniques, and quality control.
- Collaborate with management and service staff for smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
- Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs.
- Handle staff schedules and delegate daily tasks effectively.
