2.Monitoring & Regulating attendance of workers and staffs on daily basis and ensure discipline in Attendance In & out time during work time movements
3.To ensure Labour absenteeism & attrition < 5%
4.Responsible for all legal and statutory documents and its renewal
5.To ensure Tailor Present 5% more than requirement
6.Monitoring Hostel & Canteen & responsible for redressing workers grievances in those areas
7.To ensure Hostel capacity utilisation >95%
8.No critical / Major issues to be reported on Factory compliance audits as per COC or no follow up audits
9.Reduce leave & absenteeism for hostellers within 1%.
10.Nil NC's in personal files
11.To ensure timely reply / response to Govt/ Statutory letters / Mails/ Visit / Communications
12.To ensure daily monitoring of Factory Health & Safety / Housekeeping / Transport / Canteen / Compliance / Personnel / Electrical/ Security / Recruitment / Payroll
13.To ensure daily visits to all departments/ Hostel / Outside
14.To ensure 95% good food feedback
15.No Critical NC's in external audits
16..Monitoring and maintaining the committee meeting in efficient method
17.No money transaction in side the factory premises
18.Ensure all man power requests are fulfilled within 15-30 days of request / resignation for workers and staff
19.To Achieve 0% staff absenteeism
20.Employee Grievances 100% closure as per TAT
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
