About Us
We are a specialized environmental engineering company dedicated to designing and executing top-tier Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Executive to help us win new projects and drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender & RFQ Analysis: Review client requirements, tender documents, and Request for Quotations (RFQs) for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Estimation & BOQ: Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for mechanical, electrical, and piping components.
- Technical Drafting: Draft clear and comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for STP, ETP, WTP, and RO plants.
- Basic Design: Work on preliminary treatment schemes, basic P&IDs, and equipment sizing based on client parameters.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely and competitive bid submissions.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent degree).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in proposal engineering or tendering, specifically within the water/wastewater treatment industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of STP/ETP processes and technologies (e.g., MBBR, SBR, MBR, UF, RO).
- Skills: Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
