Job Title: Civil Engineer – High-Rise & Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of high-rise building construction, including structural and site works.
- Coordinate and monitor plot development, land grading, road layout, drainage, and infrastructure design.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting across all phases of real estate development.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design and construction quality.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise on-site execution, and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Track project progress and submit regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings, real estate development, and plotting/layout design.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and infrastructure planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with regulatory approvals, zoning norms, and municipal processes.
- Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
