Job Summary
Marvel Pathology Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will communicate with patients, promote diagnostic services and health packages, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, and laboratory services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate sample collection.
- Follow up with patients regarding bookings, reports, and feedback.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.
- Resolve patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with operations and collection teams for smooth service delivery.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi. English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
