Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on initial outreach and preliminary screening. It is an excellent opportunity for MBA (HR) students looking to gain practical experience in corporate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

Make the first point of contact with shortlisted candidates via phone.

Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates' role suitability.

Explain job opportunities and company details.

Gather relevant candidate information and update recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application status.
Qualifications:

Recently completed an MBA in Human Resources (HR).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in interacting with candidates over phone calls.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficient in Google Workspace.

Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn.
