Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to train students using real-world projects, live case studies, and industry best practices.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, mentoring students, and helping them become job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline classroom training in Digital Marketing.
- Teach students through practical assignments and live projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Explain concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Guide students in creating digital marketing portfolios.
- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and industry insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Support students during internships and project work.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Training.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
