Responsibilities:
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor machine operations, line manpower, and material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses through effective line management.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and batch documentation.
- Train and guide machine operators and production workers to improve productivity and discipline.
- Conduct line changeovers and ensure proper cleaning and setup before production.
- Report production issues, quality deviations, and equipment breakdowns to the Production Manager.
- Ensure 5S implementation and maintain a clean and organized production area.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of liquid filling, mixing, packing, labeling, and batch processing
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production schedules.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
