Job Summary
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and maintenance of all resort facilities, guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and utilities. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and civil systems to ensure guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations
- Carry out daily inspection of guest rooms, villas, public areas, back-of-house areas, and utility systems.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints raised by guests and departments.
- Perform routine repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all resort assets are maintained in good working condition.
Preventive Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and avoid breakdowns.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Support energy conservation and cost-control initiatives.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and safety drills.
- Report unsafe conditions and take corrective action immediately.
- Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work quality standards are met.
- Assist in project execution, renovations, and facility upgrades.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, and building maintenance systems.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting and record keeping.

Salary Range: As per company policy and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
