Front Office Personnel – Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently.
- Manage reception and front office operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain records, files, and correspondence accurately.
- Provide administrative support to management and departments as required.
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries courteously and direct them to the appropriate authority.
- Operate office equipment and maintain computerized records.
- Ensure confidentiality of institutional information and maintain a professional front office environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Hospitals, Educational Institutions (Colleges/Universities), Hospitality Sector.
- Strong communication, customer service and administrative skills.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
