SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALISTROLE OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for shaping the school’s digital perception among premium audiences. The focus is on storytelling, brand positioning, and content that drives both engagement and admissions inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create high-quality, aspirational content aligned with premium positioning
- Build narratives that resonate with parents
- Collaborate with the performance team for lead generation campaigns
- Plan and execute reels, video content, and storytelling formats
- Manage content calendar aligned with admissions cycle
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong storytelling and content strategy capability
- Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube ecosystems
- Knowledge of premium brand communication
- Data-driven approach to content performance
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- 6+ years experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Exposure to premium/lifestyle/education brands

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
