About the Role
The Executive will be responsible for driving sales, revenue generation, and lead conversion across assigned locations.
This is a highly target-driven, field-intensive role, requiring aggressive lead generation, strong pipeline building, and consistent on-ground execution. The role involves extensive field engagement, local networking, and direct contribution to revenue growth.
The position requires a proactive, result-oriented individual who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into business outcomes while ensuring strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and revenue realization.
- Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline through continuous field outreach.
- Conduct extensive field visits to identify prospects, partners, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Develop and manage a strong associate and partner network for sustained revenue generation.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics through CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline strength, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure strong market penetration and on-ground brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduate or higher in any discipline.
· 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field operations.
· Strong interest in sales and field execution.
· Basic understanding of lead generation and client handling.
· Good understanding of local market dynamics and demography.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong execution focus with a target-oriented mindset.
· Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
· Knowledge of local vernacular language (mandatory).
· Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
