Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Broadband Sales Executive to promote and sell broadband internet services to residential and business customers. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, explain service plans, generate new connections, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell broadband internet plans to new customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Explain broadband plans, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with the application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure timely service activation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and address their queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage referrals.
- Stay updated on company products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
