Job Title: Accounts & Inventory Assistant (Restaurant Operations)
Location: KUMARANALOOR, KOTTAYAM
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0–1 Year
Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm
*About the Role*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Assistant to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, stock monitoring experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Accounts & Finance*
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Record and verify invoices, bills, and payment transactions.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
- Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and documentation.
*Inventory & Stock Management*
- Monitor daily stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
- Track stock movement and identify shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams for stock requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory verification.
*Administrative & Operational Support*
- Maintain proper filing of financial and inventory documents.
- Assist in vendor coordination and purchase order tracking.
- Support restaurant operations whenever required.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
*Requirements*
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Accounts, Inventory, or Administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally or accounting software is an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic restaurant environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
