We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive corporate business growth and lead regional sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new corporate clients.
- Grow existing corporate accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead and guide regional sales teams for business development.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, MIS reports, and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events and corporate forums.
