Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
