We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive to guide students and parents regarding our professional courses. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, student counselling, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Call & counsel students regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, website & ads
- Explain course details, fees, duration & placement support
- Follow up with interested students until enrollment
- Maintain call records and student data
- Achieve daily/weekly admission targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM – preferred)
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in education counselling or telecalling is an advantage
