Role: AEM Tech Lead

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Lead to define, govern, and drive the technical architecture of AEM-based solutions. This role involves leading development teams, ensuring scalable and high-performance implementations, and enforcing best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AEM architecture including setup, templates, and reusable components
- Design and implement integrations with APIs, search platforms, and third-party systems
- Establish and manage caching strategies using Dispatcher and CDN
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices
- Drive delivery of complex AEM projects with focus on timelines and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and SEO best practices
Job Specification (JS)
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in AEM development
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Templates, Components, and Style System
- Expertise in Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Felix
- Strong proficiency in Java and backend/system design principles
- Experience in designing and implementing AEM Headless solutions using GraphQL and Content Fragments
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Cloud Manager, Git, and Maven
- Strong understanding of caching strategies using Dispatcher and CDN
- Experience in performance optimization, SEO best practices, and CDN (Akamai preferred)
- Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews
Additional / Good to Have:
- Exposure to enterprise integrations and search platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of security best practices in AEM applications
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
