(Kuwait Visa Immediate Processing) Responsible for fabricating tanks, side brackets, and other parts of the radiators, oil and air cooler. Take drawing, specification, verify and test for leakage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Fabricate tanks, side brackets, oil coolers, fan cover, condenser and radiator parts.
· Read and understand the drawing and specifications.
· Ability to take accurate measurements and drawings.
· Cleaned repair oil and air coolers by using acid.
· Perform arc welding, tube welding, argon welding, oil tank welding, aluminium welding, and pipe Fabrication.
· Report daily jobs progress to the workshop in-charge.
· Collaborate with design and radiator core manufacturing teams to align tank fabrication with overall radiator assembly.
· Oversee welding and brazing of tanks using MIG, TIG, or oxy-acetylene methods, depending on the material (steel, brass, or aluminum).
Knowledge:
· Knowledge in using measuring tools such as vernier clapper, measuring tape and all types of gauges.
· Knowledge of all types of welding procedures.
· Knowledge of safety procedures and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) while working with radiators, especially at the time of handling acid.
· Knowledge of using tools like sheering machines bending machines...etc.

· Fabricating skills, welding skills.

Qualifications:
· Technical Certificate.
· Read and write (Hindi or English).
· 3 years experience minimum.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
