Career Fixx is a growing recruitment and career solutions company dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support our talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn page, including hiring campaigns and recruitment-related content.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
