Position - Jr AL ML Engineer

Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech. in Computer Science, or related fields
Required Skills and Qualifications: Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python (essential) and C++ (preferred for optimization). Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow. Libraries: Strong command over OpenCV, NumPy, and image processing techniques. Models: Experience with YOLO, Mask R-CNN, Deep SORT, Transformers or similar state-of the-art architectures. Tools: Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Cloud/Edge: Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP or NVIDIA Jetson/DeepStream for edge deployment. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical teams. Being familiar with computer vision hardware (cameras, optics, lighting) is a plus Ability to learn quickly, handle multiple projects, work independently as well as a team member and work with minimal supervision in a cross-functional team environment. A self-directed mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high quality work. Responsibilities: Algorithm Development: Design and implement advanced computer vision algorithms for object detection, segmentation, tracking, and image classification. End-to-End Deployment: Take models from research to production-level deployment, optimizing them for real-time inference (edge or cloud). Model Optimization: Enhance inference speed and accuracy using techniques like quantization, pruning, and TensorRT. Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ML workflows (MLflow/DVC).
