Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to manage our social media accounts, online platforms (IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Business), and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have basic digital marketing knowledge and good communication skills to handle inbound/outbound customer calls and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update company profiles on:
- IndiaMART
- Justdial
- Google Business Profile
- Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Call potential customers for product details, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
- Create and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) for social media.
- Respond to reviews, comments, and messages on all platforms.
- Assist in basic digital campaigns (Boosting, WhatsApp marketing, etc.)
- Maintain lead and customer database in Excel or CRM.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)
- Knowledge of social media platforms & online B2B portals
- Telecalling or customer service experience preferred
- Basic Canva/Photoshop skills will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate
- 6 months to 2 years of experience preferred (Freshers with enthusiasm can also apply)
