Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and meeting client expectations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Coordination & Delivery:
- Oversee multiple client projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, content) to ensure that all client requirements are met.
- Monitor project performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Client Strategy & Planning:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and create strategic marketing and design plans.
- Propose new ideas, trends, and strategies to enhance client projects and brand positioning.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage client budgets, ensuring projects stay within scope and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Track expenses, contracts, and deadlines to maintain transparency and accountability.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, including content calendars and campaign plans.
- Create engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing for brand voice and target audience.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful online communities.
- Monitor social media performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and report performance regularly to clients.
- Use insights to continuously refine and improve content and strategy.
- Ad Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize ads for maximum return on investment (ROI).
