What You'll Do:-
Key Responsibilities :-
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of EOT Cranes (up to 50T).
Ensure maximum crane availability with minimum downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical crane systems.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Carry out regular inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
Plan maintenance schedules and maintain equipment records in SAP PM/CMMS.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and spare parts.
Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
Ensure compliance with EHS, PTW, LOTO, and safe lifting practices.
Lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians and electricians.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance crane reliability and safety.
