Job Title: AVGC Sales CounselorJob Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented AVGC Sales Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and counseling skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding AVGC programs, career opportunities, and course offerings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the institute's facilities and learning environment.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, course offerings, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Training Institutes, or AVGC-related counseling.
