Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer with 3–4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong agency experience, a compelling portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital and offline channels.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
- Develop brand-aligned creatives for social media, performance marketing, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts that align with business objectives.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver effective and engaging creative solutions.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all design outputs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and motion design techniques.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools and workflows to improve creativity, efficiency, and production speed.
- Create compelling explainer videos, including storyboarding, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Perform basic video editing and post-production tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
- Prior agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Or equivalent design and video editing tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout design
- Visual storytelling
- Experience in creating explainer videos and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of AI-driven design workflows and prompt engineering.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,216.76 - ₹35,000.54 per month
