VMC Operator Trainee Category: Manufacturing / Engineering | Full Time | Fresher / Entry Level
Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have completed their 10th standard and are eager to build a career in CNC/VMC machining. Full on-the-job training will be provided — no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in operating VMC/CNC machines under the guidance of senior operators
- Load, unload, and set up workpieces on the machine as per job requirements
- Assist in tool setting, offset adjustment, and basic machine maintenance
- Inspect finished parts using basic measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation
- Follow production schedules and report any machine abnormalities to the supervisor
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th standard (SSC/Matric) pass from any recognized board
- ITI (Machinist / Turner / Fitter) preferred but not mandatory
- Good physical fitness for shop floor work
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
