Role Openings:
Business Development Officer - CASA (On role)
Relationship Officer - Gold loan (On role)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Find new individual and corporate clients to open savings and current accounts.
- Build sales pipelines via direct market visits, local campaigns, and partner channels.
- Maintain good ties with account holders to encourage higher deposit balances and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for new account volume and total deposits.
- Introduce clients to other bank offerings like credit cards, loans, and wealth management tools.
- Collect required KYC documents, complete account verification, and finish digital or paper onboarding smoothly.
- Monitor local competitor interest rates, service offerings, and neighborhood business trends.
- Track daily outreach, record client data in the bank system, and report progress to branch managers
