Salary: 15%–25% hike on current salary (based on experience and performance)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrator to support the smooth functioning of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in school administration and a strong understanding of IBDP processes, with the ability to coordinate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and school leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the IBDP department.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents regarding academic schedules, meetings, and school activities.
- Maintain student records, attendance, reports, and confidential documentation.
- Assist in planning and organizing examinations, assessments, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely submission of academic documents and reports.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and IBDP administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the smooth execution of academic and administrative activities.
- Perform additional administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration.
- Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Professional, approachable, and student-centric attitude.
- Prior experience working in an IB school is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
