We’re Hiring: Junior Creative Copywriter (On-Site in Pune)
At First of Jan Brandworks, we don’t just write copy.
We create ideas that 'evoke' emotions, and brands to remember.
And right now, we’re looking for someone who can turn insights into sharp, impactful communication.
Who are we looking for?
A Junior Creative Copywriter who:
- Thinks before they write (and not the other way around)
- Can crack campaign ideas, not just captions
- Writes clean, sharp, non-generic copy
- Understands how different platforms demand different tones
- If you’ve worked in an agency and know the pace, pressure, and expectations; you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing for social media, campaigns, ads, and brand films
- Coming up with concepts, hooks, and big ideas
- Collaborating with designers, strategists, and video team
- Adapting tone across brands and industries
What matters to us:
- Strong command over English (and Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to think creatively under deadlines
- Curiosity, cultural awareness, and observation skills
- Ownership over your ideas and words
- Can present and explain your ideas confidently
Bonus if you:
- Have worked on real campaigns (not just dummy portfolios)
- Understand trends without blindly following them
