About the Role
ReadyAssist is looking for a Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Experience with NestJS, REST APIs, SQL databases, and CI/CD is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Build applications using TypeScript with NestJS/Next.js.
- Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Manage source code using GitHub and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support application deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and basic knowledge of GoLang is an added advantage.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS/Next.js, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
