Hiring: Branch Manager – Kochi & Trivandrum
We are seeking proactive and result-oriented Branch Managers for our Kochi and Trivandrum branch locations. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and the ability to manage branch activities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff to achieve operational and business goals.
- Build and maintain a positive, performance-driven work culture.
Business Growth & Performance
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and revenue growth.
- Ensure branch targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the branch.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in management, operations, or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle responsibilities independently.
- Candidates below 30 years of age are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
