Job Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical\Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in firmware design, coding, and testing(their own code testing, not separate test experience)
Extensive Experience in C / C++. Python Programming knowledge is plus.
Experience with 32-bit microcontroller and its peripherals programming and low power management
Experience with GCC and IAR embedded development environments,
Strong knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems, (OS, drivers, etc.)
Software test planning and execution – use of test scripts, emulators, etc
Knowledge of USB, serial, and computer interface protocols including I2C, SPI, and understanding of network communication theory, wireless network theory, and network communications protocols.
Hands on experience of diagnostics or driver development to send and receive data on communication interfaces, debugging incase of issues
Able to read and work with detailed hardware schematics,
Knowledge of using electronic measurement devices such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and be comfortable with technical report writing
A plus to have experience with embedded Linux.
Strong adaptability, capable of handling several projects and other tasks such as validating time info & updating budget files simultaneously
Good team player, good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership. Strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and design technical architecture solutions for post silicon validation projects
2. Define and implement post silicon validation strategies to ensure product functionality
3. Utilize python programming for automation, testing, and validation activities
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate validation processes seamlessly
5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to post silicon validation and propose efficient solutions
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in c, post silicon validation, and python development
Skill Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in c programming language for post silicon validation tasks
2. Experience in post silicon validation methodologies and techniques
3. Proficient in python programming language for automation and testing purposes
4. In-depth knowledge of hardware validation and testing processes
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting technical issues
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Other Requirements
1.Any relevant certifications in c, postsilicon validation, or Python programming are a plus
