About the Role
Spinny is looking for energetic and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or business development and be fluent in one of the regional languages mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through calls and guide them throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Fluency in any one of the required regional languages.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,196.17 - ₹30,282.79 per month
