Job Summary
Unbox Mee World Holidays is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our Luxury Packages division, covering International Tourism, Medical Tourism, and Spiritual Tourism.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, generating high-value clients, and overseeing overall business development activities for these divisions. The BDM will play a key role in positioning the company as a premium provider of customized luxury travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development for: Luxury International Tourism Packages ,Luxury Medical Tourism Solutions , Luxury Spiritual & Wellness Tourism Packages
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Network actively and establish tie-ups with hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical facilitators for medical tourism business generation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with luxury hotels, wellness retreats, DMCs, and global travel partners.
- Identify and establish corporate tie-ups for international travel packages, catering to employee travel programs, incentive travel, leadership retreats, and business travel requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging markets in luxury travel.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with strong revenue growth orientation.
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation
