Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agri Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and agri-business partners, and expand the company’s presence in the agriculture market. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, promote agricultural products and services, and support revenue generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agriculture sector.
- Promote and sell agricultural products such as bio fertilizers.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and agri-input partners.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to support business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
- Support branding and promotional activities in assigned territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or Agri related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in agri-sales, business development, or agricultural marketing.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products and rural markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
