Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure works.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and technical reports.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, material approvals, and work execution.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
- Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and resource planning.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Valid engineering certification or registration (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of structural design and project management.
- Familiarity with construction codes and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Revit, or Primavera is an advantage.
Experience
- Junior Civil Engineer: 0–2 years of experience.
- Civil Engineer: 2–5 years of experience.
- Senior Civil Engineer: 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
