About the Role
Achyutam Technology is looking for a passionate and motivated Meta Ads Executive to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course and are eager to build their career in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
- Generate campaign performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy.
- Track campaign budgets, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and best practices.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Meta Ads or Performance Marketing.
- Digital Marketing course is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign objectives, and ad formats.
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools.
- Understanding of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and Meta Pixel is a plus.
