Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring excellent customer service within the hypermarket. The role requires active engagement with customers, maintaining department standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable products.
- Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product display as per company standards.
- Replenish shelves and maintain product availability at all times.
- Monitor product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned department.
- Support promotional activities, offers, and seasonal displays.
- Assist in stock receiving, counting, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with supervisors for stock shortages and customer concerns.
- Achieve department sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
