About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized and client-focused Legal Executive Assistant to join our legal team.
This is primarily a Client Handling & Legal Service Coordination role. You will act as a bridge between clients and our legal/executive team and ensure smooth communication throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client calls, WhatsApp messages and emails professionally.
- Understand client requirements and guide them on the appropriate legal service.
- Explain our services, process, required documents and expected timelines.
- Handle basic initial legal queries and coordinate with advocates for detailed clarification.
- Prepare and share quotations/fee estimates as per the firm's approved fee structure.
- Explain professional fees, government charges, stamp duty, registration charges and other applicable costs.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding enquiries, quotations and service confirmation.
- Coordinate with the concerned legal/executive team after service confirmation.
- Collect required client information and documents and share them with the internal team.
- Keep clients regularly updated about the progress of their matter.
- Follow up for pending documents, payments, approvals and signatures.
- Schedule consultations, meetings and client appointments.
- Maintain client records, quotation details, follow-up sheets and status trackers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and active client matters.
- Escalate complex legal queries to the concerned advocate/executive.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling client information and legal documents.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience.
Important Note
This is NOT an independent property due diligence or legal drafting role.
The candidate will not independently conduct property title verification, due diligence, legal drafting or compliance work. These activities are handled by our dedicated legal/executive team.
Your primary responsibilities will be client communication, service explanation, basic initial queries, quotations, document coordination, follow-ups and keeping clients updated.
Kannada is not mandatory. Good English communication skills are required.
Eligibility
- LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Good organization and follow-up skills
- Good documentation and task-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Positive and professional attitude
- Interest in property law and real estate transactions is preferred
Bar Council Enrolment: Preferred, but not mandatory for this non-litigation role.
Salary
