Role Overview:
Systematic Industries Limited is looking for an experienced Executive / Manager – Dispatch & Quality with a strong background in Cable Manufacturing. Candidates with OFC (Optical Fibre Cable) experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations as per production and customer requirements.
· Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Sales and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
· Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery of material.
· Verify quantity, product specifications, packing, labeling and dispatch documentation.
· Maintain dispatch records, ERP entries and prepare regular MIS/reports.
· Support pre-dispatch quality checks, product inspection and quality documentation.
· Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for resolving quality issues/non-conformities.
· Ensure proper traceability and documentation of dispatched material.
Key Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Cable Manufacturing & Dispatch processes.
· OFC/Cable industry experience preferred.
· Good team management and coordination skills.
· Strong communication, documentation and follow-up abilities.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
· Diploma / Graduate / Engineering qualification preferred.
· Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Cable Manufacturing, preferably in Dispatch & Quality.
· Candidates with hands-on experience in OFC manufacturing will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
