Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help us connect with US-based CPA firms and accounting practices. This is a night shift role (US business hours) based in our Ahmedabad office.
If you have experience in US sales, cold calling, and lead generation, and you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment targeting the US market — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research US-based CPA firms and accounting practices
- Cold Calling: Reach out to decision-makers (Partners, Managing Partners, COOs) via phone
- Cold Emailing: Write and send personalized outreach emails to prospects
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/CRM (track leads, calls, emails, meetings)
- Qualifying Leads: Engage prospects, understand their pain points, and qualify them for sales calls
- Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
- Follow-ups: Nurture leads through email and call sequences
- Market Research: Stay updated on US accounting industry trends and challenges
Requirements
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Prior experience in US sales or calling US clients is a MUST
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication (fluent English, neutral accent preferred)
- Experience with cold calling and cold emailing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or any CRM tool
- Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Technical:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tracking tools, and sales automation platforms
Work Timings
- Night Shift (aligned with US business hours)
- Typical shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (flexible based on US time zones)
